start-deployment-group
Starts all the instances in a Payara Server deployment group.

The start-deployment-group subcommand starts all instances that belong to a Payara Server deployment group. The command will fail if the deployment group doesn’t contain any instances in it.
Internally this command works in the same manner that the start-instance subcommand.
This subcommand is supported in remote mode only.

Displays the help text for the subcommand.
--verbose-v-
Whether to start the instances in verbose mode. Defaults to
false. --timeout-
Specifies how long to take for the instances to start in seconds. If starting the instances takes longer than this amount then this command will fail.
The default value is
600. --instanceTimeout-
Specifies how long to take for each instance to start in seconds. If starting the instances takes longer than this amount then this command will fail.
The default value is
600.

The name of the deployment group. If there are no deployment groups that match the name the command will exit with an error.

Example 1 Start a Deployment Group
This example starts a deployment group that is named test-dgroup that contains one instance:
asadmin start-deployment-group test-dgroup

This example starts a deployment group that is named test-dgroup that contains one instance using an instance timeout of 30 seconds:
asadmin start-deployment-group --instanceTimeout 30 test-dgroup
